For the Homeowner
Are you a homeowner that is currently selling your home or thinking about listing your home? Contact me for
information on meeting with you at your property, discussing what we can do and what you can do, taking lots
of photos and notes and developing a staging plan. We will develop a homework list for you that may include
removing and/or packing some items and updating some items. We will also develop a staging plan for us that
will include accessories or props that we will bring, furniture placement, lighting, and other items that we
will use on staging day as we take real estate listing quality photos for you.
For the Realtor
Are you a realtor that would like to have a Home Stager for your listings? Contact me for information on our Realtor
agreements where I will work with you on a deferred pricing plan that makes selling the home a win-win situation for everyone
involved and removes any barrier to having me meet with you and your client to create a proposal. If the home does not sell,
my staging fee is dropped.
For Sale By Owner
Are you selling your home yourself? You will need real estate listing quality photos that show off your home at
it's best. I can do that for you with accessories and props and your own items. The majority of homes I see for sale
on the internet have older light fixtures, plain builders wall mirrors in the bathrooms, tired window treatments, and
kitchens in need of some updating. I can help you quickly update all these areas and make your home stand out.
Redesign
If you would like to redesign a room, our initial consultation is free. We will meet with you,
discuss your ideas and ours, take photos, measurements and notes and then send you a detailed quote for
transforming your room into a fabulous space.
Don't let pricing stop you from getting your home ready for showings and for a quick and successful sale. We will work with you and/or your realtor
to put together an affordable plan. We can also refer a plumber, roofer, cleaning specialist, electrician, and painter to help you get ready.
